At Bevi, a custom-built automated test rig was used to monitor solenoid valves for leaks 24/7 to ensure that quality standards were being met. I was responsible for maintaining and monitoring over 120 valves of varying styles.

Investigated causes for false detections and component damage
Results
This system verified that a new valve design would reduce the occurrence of leaks in machines, allowing for a solution to be implemented with confidence. Additionally, having ownership over this system allowed me to take initiative in my work by identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
